What is your role in the project?
This Application has been developed to assist in determining which Building Code (if any) applies to building work projects. Reference is made to the Building Code 2016 (Code for the Tendering and Performance of Building Work 2016) and Building Code 2013, as is currently relevant to building work in Australia. Use this Application to help determine which Building Code may apply to your project, as well as your potential obligations and other important information you should be aware of. The Application is designed to cover general scenarios and to help entities deal with their Code obligations and does not necessarily focus on specific contractual requirements. This App is designed to reduce the complexities of the Building Codes for your projects and ensure that you are not subject to sanctions, including warnings or not being able to undertake Commonwealth Funded Building Work for a period of 12 months.
